Can't tell you often when I service fleet accounts that I notice employee vehicles in the lot that are damaged. Sometimes, I just get lucky when asking service manager who vehicle belongs too but many more times they don't have a clue.

I must admit, writing something creative is not one of my strong points. Any ideas your willing to share would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,

Keith

I have a couple bus and truck fleets I service a couple days before I do the fleet I leave a flyer on every vehicle in the parking lot saying the day I will be doing the fleet and how to get thiers done at the same time I usualy make alot more from them than the fleet itself.

GlassStarz,

Good idea for flyer to let them know what days I'll be servicing account. I quess what I'm really looking for is some creative wordage to introduce myself and service to them. Most of my truck fleet accounts have somewhere between 40-60 employees working during the day and 20-30 on afternoon shifts. Needless to say I only have personal contact with 3-5 of them. Maybe I should ask if I can post something in the area of the time clock.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Default COPY OF YOUR FLYER PLEASE

Mine is pretty basic they know I do the account so my flyer says Hi Im coming back on Tuesday to do the windshield chips on the busses I can fix your car while im here. Did you know that if you have full insurance coverage its paid for by them? Call me its really easy. I will fix you car where you leave it in the parking lot If you dont want to use your insurance leave the money with bob the dispatcher $30 for the first chip $10 a piece(normaly I charge $45 and$15 but you guys get a group discount) for any others (please leav him a note with you car and licence plate so im sure to fix the right car ;>}
I purposlely make my flyer very informal cause im thier buddy the windshield dude that does em favors every time I come through heck that guy even drove over to the house to fix the wifes car. and it sure is nice of thier employer to get them the big discount :<}
