One thing to also remember is that while you are waiting for your equipment to do the work go out and find more chips. I do, as my equipment is doing its work, I walk across the street or next door and look for more. I get tons of extra business this way, while I am still doing a repair.

Average is a big word, that does not take into account time spent and effort involved. That said I average 8 repairs a day working 7 hours a day 5 days a week, my franchisees are in a similar situation. My best count for an 8 hour day was 60 repairs(all cars were pre-booked and parked side by side, with no customers around, using 2 injectors(Glass mechanix) and the sun as a curing method). in the summer months we average 10-14 per day and in the winter 3-6 depending on the outside temps.
