Yeah I'd say that guy already got his pep talk and either got or didn't get it long ago. But current situation...donsf49 think about it, where is glass mostly found that needs our kind of repair? That's why some concentrate a lot on car lot work, others fleet accounts, others go for retail work in more of a stationary location, and still others zero in on insurance work, or a combination of any of the above. I'm probably forgetting something, but someone else will probably chip in with ideas. Once you find one or more of these avenues starting to bring results, go with that at least to start with.
