carwash owner looking for repair guy
 hi fellows, just stumbled across this great forum today. i own a large carwash with great exposure on long island, ny on a major highway. i have 12 extra enclosed garage bay (along with 650 ft of office space). i'm looking for somebody to partner up with or lease the bay. i am open to all reasonable suggestions. e mail me @ matrixbend247@aol.com if any of you have ideas or want to discuss it further. thanks in advance, matrix

 You can't drive 2 miles out here without going through construction... it's a hayday for car washes and cracked windshields!JAC
