Does anyone fill out and issue a rejection report when they run across a windshield that is not repairable?
If so would you mind emailing me or faxing me a copy? Thanks and PM me for fax number or email address! Tim

Well when I get one from Lynx services that I find unrepairable I send a form back to lynx. This is what they want if the customer does not call and cancel with there claim. If you or the insured does not cancel you will have an open dispatch. If you want I can e-mail you a copy of what I use. Just shoot me your e-mail.
