First what is "ips"? And second, what part of NC are you working? I'm in the Raleigh area.
Thanx

OK thanks. Never heard of IPS.
I was born and raised in fayetteville/spring lake. All my family is still there. I'll refer them to you if they need something.

I have an IPS hl kit from a few years ago , don't use it anymore. It worked OK except the final polish Kleeer Finish doesn't last long , 1 wash with regular car wash soap and dull again. But, may be improved now.

Tried IPS and a whole lot of other products ... finally found a good combination of a few products which works very well. Rightlook has a good system and most of the products I use are from them.

My product:

Pre Treatment Cleaner from Rightlook (good stuff)
A whole bunch of sand paper from hardware store (400 -> 2000 grit)
A good polishing compound (non-wax type)
Shine Restorer Protector from Rightlook (excellent gloss finish)

That's about all you need and results are amazing!

If it's better sandpaper you're looking for try Mirka Abralon it won't wear-out like regular silica (black) sandpaper. mrchip you may want to start with a rougher grit.
