Thumbs up How do I do 125 repairs a day?

Well we do it door to door... I have 25+ guys that go out... It's very tuff to do it door to door. I come from a door to door sales background and am able to over come most of the problems on the doors. This is only our third month and we hope to double that next summer. Everyone that works for me are in there twenties. We come out and recruite the colledge age kids for summer jobs. If you are interested in teaming up with us let me know.

Chris, could you elaborate on your end of the payment schedule. On your web site it says your techs keep 100% of their earnings, is that correct?

Talking Re: How do I do 125 repairs a day?

Ok makes sense now LOL I had actually thought of placing an add a while ago in the paper for some help like that. I could see that working pretty nice if done properly.

Well they get 100% of the commision they earn... We do not hold it back until they end of the summer like most summer sales programs. These summer sales programs are very popular here in Utah

I did a lot of door to door my first year. Do we still call it Coitstering?

It works well in spite of the jerks that treat you awful just because your are out tapping on doors. The jerks are only 1 in 10 though.
Door to door is hard work and takes an iron will bound to commitment to yourself.
I am actually in awe when I find people doing competent and positive door to door sales. It is rare though. It takes so much more guts and brains than sitting around waiting for people to show up or ring the phone.

I find door-to-door interesting. Do you do the repair on the spot or do you set up appointments? If on the spot, do you carry your equipment like a vacuum salesman? How many doors do you have to knock on before you find someone at home who is old enough to permit a repair?

Personally, I'll stick to business (Coitstering).

Dale...

We avg. 8-10 a day on the doors and will knock 50-75 doors. The people that knock part time avg about one an hour.

To me doing doors makes you sound desparate for work but I respect you guys for being able to do that and put up with all the crap that goes with doing doors.

Well most all of us are 19-25 years of age... So we don't have much to loose doing it on the doors. It's like the they say when you want unusual results you have to unusual things... or in our case doing things other won't.
