Can anyone tell me the procedure in getting set up with the insurance companies. I want to use the system where there is about a $2.50 transaction fee with Lynx and Safelite. I know about the liability ins. but where or how do you get registered with the services that handle the claims.

Edirect is very helpful. They give you a 45 min walk through of how to use there system to process claims.

How many repairs are you planning on doing per month?
Edirectglass is extremely helpful. Makes it easy!

Well, I am still very new to edirectglass but so far I have been really pleased with them. I had trouble figuring out the system at first but they walked me through it and it is super easy to use now. I just clicked on the edirectglass link here on delta kits' web site. Calling delta kits is helpful too. Basically, you fill out some forms you can get online, sign them, and fax them away. The directions are on the forms. You then get contacted by linx/metyx and safelite with user id's and passwords to log into their sites, and once that is all taken care of edirectglass is ready to work. this is a good start: http://www.deltakits.com/dki/edg.html
