If you're referring to surface chips - no.
If I see a surface chip while doing a repair I will fill it in for free.

Yes. We have a couple of accounts that want surface chips filled in. They want to eliminate the customers ability to nit pick. We ask the manager what they are looking for service wise when we get an account. We want to be on the same page, and we always give them 110%.

We do charge. I wish they did not want to have surface chips done as it can become time consuming( longer than doing an actual fracture repairs) if you have a few vehicles that have multiple nicks.

We all have to decide what will work best for us. Remember this is a business. You should be in business to provide a superior service at a fair price and be compensated for it or your working for pennies. To many people selling this service short and themselves.

I don't, but then I've never run across a dealer that wanted them repaired. I however do plenty of them for rental companies at turnback.
