LOL you mean the year 1985, well it was not 1985 there are many dealers I am finding that don't have anyone doing repairs for them of course they are low volume maybe 50 cars a month. There are a couple of other techs but they don't work much. There is a Novus guy that has been doing several of the larger dealers for around 10 year, he must be busy enough not to bother the other dealers, so that is were I come in I guess

Dave M,

I was strictly referring to lease turn in or trade in that insurance company will prodvide prior authorization for repair. Never....ever take on a insurance repair without prior repair service order number or referral number.

In my area it's not uncommon to have dealers or insurance companys asking to service these vehicles at dealerships.

Just make sure you have it authorized before doing repair.
