What is a good way to tell if there is a market for repair in my area? I have walked through a couple parking lots and found one, maybe two cars. It is almost depressing because I thought this market was ripe for the picking.

It seems on average that about ever 1 out of 10 cars has a chip. Maybe try going to a dealer and looking at their windshields. Every dealer I have looked at had chips.
