Is Autoglass Claims Team any easier to work with? Seems like it would be easier letting ACT process the paperwork.

all star... When you fax in an invoice to the insurance company itself make sure your tax id is on it. I just write it somewhere on my invoice and circle it to get their attention.

State Farm will only repair glass with 2 conditions.
1-The insured has a $0 deductible or
2-The insured has already met their deductible.
Try to pre-qualify them with at least these 2 questions to them.
