I am in the process of starting up a WR business in the Metro Detroit area. But I want to make sure that there aren't 500 WR company's in the area. I have searched the yellow pages, internet, and asking around. As far as I can see there is NOBODY advertising other then glass repair companies. Can anybody give me any other ideas for checking this out? I am thinking with the amount of potential customers in the area(the roads are terrible!
Thanks Kevin |

Apart from the signs on my car and workshop you would not find any advert of mine for repairs. In other words you would not know I exist. Go and ask your potential customers, do a lot of ground work. That being said this business is very cheap to get into, so just speculate a little and get out there selling.
I would like to know how many succesful guys actually spent a lot of time researching this business or are most like me, saw it and jumped in with both feet. Sometimes to much time thinking about it can fill you with negative thoughts. The customer you did not see this week somebody else saw, make sure you are that somebody.
