For the most part, it seems that windshield repair is an independent trade. We are getting to the point where we may need to bring on an extra hand. There are many options to consider when hiring an employee, but the bottom line should be… can they repair a windshield?
The idea of commission has always motivated me and I believe it sorts those who work because it’s “there job” and those who work to get ahead or make it a game. If any of you have incorporated this venture as apart of your payroll, we’d love to hear what you’ve learned. Thanks in advance everyone! Jason |
