Jeff.

Yes, I do believe you have to have Glaxis/PowerSync to provide e-scheduling.

Not sure if it's feasible for the repair only guy but was curious if anybody used it and if there was any benefit to e-scheduling.

It may be of a benifit just due to the respect thing. I would bet you would get more work dispatched your way if you are all electronic. Lynx seems to love that tech stuff. I am gonna look into it myself see what costs are gonna be and like you said if it is a real value for repair only guys. I think customers and insurance companies would appreciate it.

Jeff, if you sign into Lynx you'll find a pdf file download for eScheduling, which explains how it works. There are some compliance expectations involved which may raise some concerns. Not sure what it cost to launch Glaxis? That may present a sticky point also. I was hoping somebody on this forum already tried it and could respond.

I'll dig around lynx to see. I am sure later someone will have some experiences to tell you about.
