Once. I think I shared the story before so I won't go into the detail, but had to paint an entire vehicle because of one tiny spot of cured windshield repair resin on the cowl of an older vehicle.
The customer would not have noticed but I was honest, and that is how I was repaid. Oh well, one claim since 1987 is nothing to complain about I suppose, especially since it didn't affect my insurance rates.
