Default another perspective on using heat

The Guide .... "Your Guide to WINDSHIELD REPAIR" by NWRA, dated/copyrighted in 1996, seems to be a bit outdated for my purposes.

Are there any other windshield repair techs/profs that may be willing to aid/assist in the development of a similar product, up-to-date, that could/would be considered to be shareware/freeware for any othet WSR tech/Prof. to use?

Default Anyone from Maryland... DC area?

I've recently encountered a few stumbling blocks in start-up WR business that I can help others sidestep. Save a few weeks that-a-way!
