Default Mass Changes & Networks

I am considering getting into this business at least part time initially and will probably have to rely on revenue from insurance companys. What type of referral numbers or leads can I expect from an insurance company during my first few months? I also am considering signing up with i beleive its lynx and safelite. Can someone please provide me insight into this.

Default Temporary Business Permit

Don't want to sound ignorant or anything but if you are just starting and looking for referrals in your first few months from the networks, I can honestly say (unfortunately) you can expect a big fat Zero.
Will not happen unless you are the Only repair service in your area.
The company I work for has been around for over 20 years with a VERY good reputation and customer base. We are constantly fighting to keep jobs from being steered by the networks. (i.e. waiting till the customer is at the shop for the job before calling in for authorization to avoid the steering) The insurance market is tough.
Lots to say here... I am sure some others will jump in to add some more input.
My point, don't expect to rely on revenue from insurance!! This in addition that if you are mailing invoices to the networks for payment, sit back and relax because you won't see payment for a while. We direct EDI Daily and usually receive payment within 2 weeks.
