The best invoice to use I have found is a gerenic one that I found from Nebs.
On the top use your company info and customer info. Then where you have the lines at the center of the invoice leave it just lines. When doing a windshild it would look something like this COMPANY NAME ADDRESS CITY STATE AND ZIP PHONE NUMBER CUSTOMER INFO ADDRESS CITY STATE ZIP WINDSHILED DW 1265 SHADE $265.00 or if it is flat lam: LEFT SIDE GLASS (18X34 TINT) $ 98.00 2 KITS LABOR $ 65.00 If you go to NEBS.com they have some gernic invoices that should heip you Finch |
