Default Lynx billing ???

I searched the other threads and this question was not brought up.
On a Lynx dispatch they list 2 kits , and 2 chemical cures. I've only done a few insurance jobs since I've opened up my own shop, and I haven't been charging for the chemical cures. I don't even know what a chemical cure is. Should I be charging for the chemical cures, and what exactly makes up a "kit"? I assume it's just a tube of urethane. If so, I have only been charging for 1 kit.
Thanks.

Post this question on the AGRR Magazine forum. You'll probably get a lot of hits from people who can help you and explain all that stuff.

High Modulus Chemical Cure, they pay the same as regular urethane so use the regular urethane. It is not $20 urethane and $20 for chem cure... it's one or the other.

Hey JJC, I notice you are in Commerce. Thats pretty country! we frequent Helen at least 2 time a year. I always wondered how a mobile glass shop would do in that area, I dont think I could handle it, to many up hills and too cold!! Here in Savannah we are spoiled to flat land and alittle warmer weather.

Wow. I used to live in Dahlonega, GA when I was a kid. I remember both Commerce and Helen. We used to go river rafting in Helen at least fives times every summer!! What a small world.

Cool!

I am relatively new to the glass business, long story how I got partnered up with an old friend and his brother. We are doing great though, all things considered. I would like to generate a few more regular customers, body shops, dealerships, fleet, etc...

Is there a thread here where people are sharing ideas that are working in their area that maybe some of us could try?

Thanks!

This forum is good, but more geared towards the repair side of the business. The AGRR magazine forum is more geared towards the replacement business. There are alot of good ideas shared, but be prepared to take alot of flak from the old guys...I have takin' it on the chin many times. They don't like new competition very much.
