These suck, however I cold knife from the inside. inorder to do this you will have to use a short cold knife blade 3/4 or shorter or you will scratch the pinchweld.

I concur...these suck ROYALLY!
There is no real easy way to do them, but cold knifing them for the inside with the special inside cold knife blades seems to work okay. Still very time consuming though. AGN |

Is that the one with a hard encapsulation over the urethane?
If it is, then use a dremel with a cutoff wheel to get the hard stuff out of the way. Then I use a short utility knife to carefully slice the bottom urethane. Once the bottom is free you push out and can cut the sides free. The tension will ease the cutting. Then I go outside and support the glass while slicing the top away. HTH |

If you've got two people one person can sit in the bed with a pair of channel locks and peel the encapsulation (on the bottom) back so that someone inside can cut with a razor knife. Still a pain in the bootie and this only works if the center pane is broken/missing.
