And in doing so failed to meet the stated 8oz limit daily I assume that also means you havnt sprayed an additional clear coat?
If the EPA limit is 8 oz per day the math doesnt work and finding a way to bypass anti pollution laws is a pretty slimmy way to make a living |

The reference to paint used was to show how little volume of paint is actually needed to paint a bumper. In the field I would recomend you would rarely(never in my case) base coat /clear an entire bumper.I spot blend only. The Urethane paint was shot in a booth. The amount was only quoted to reference volume needed to paint a bumper. The bumper/clading are never clear coated in the case of a lot of S.U.V. texture type coatings. This will help you understand an area that obiously you are lacking knowledge in.

I know of a guy in my area with a Mars franchise. He can't get any business doing all of the other things besides windshield repair they do, so now he has a big ole trailer full of high dollar equipment and out of desperation he sits under a tent on a street corner doing $30.00 windshield repairs. His fancy trailer full of other equipment sits parked at his house 90% of the time while he does the FREE WINDSHIELD REPAIR tent thing. Not hard to figure out how successful the other aspects of his business are. He could have saved himself about $40,000 and just bought himself a windshield repair kit and a tent! By the time he pays MARS his franchise royalties, tent rental, etc. he can't be making enough to cover his big initial investment.
