Default New Sentra side mouldings?

Hello all! First post here. Was wondering if anybody else is having problems with the side mouldings on the new sentras? It seems the factory is using a bit too much urethane and gluing the side mouldings in place permanately. Any tips on this will be appreciated.

Are you talking about the clips on the roof? If it is the molding I am thinking of, they are VERY inexpensive at the dealer and they come with new clips on the molding. You wouldn't think they are cheap, but they are. Dealer keeps them in stock for us and we notify/charge the customer for them. If by chance we do save them, we remove from the bill.
No good way to get them off without damage.

No clips on the roof of a sentra. They have a side moulding that only goes up to the top of the windshield. Are you thinking of an altima? These side mouldings are $28 each, which i have so far been passing along to the customer when I tear one up. Thanks for your reply.....

In a situation like this, it is not in your interests(time) or the customers interest ( final appearance ) to try and retrieve the trims. Your reason for this is valid ( manufacturers design), so always supply and price your work to include trims, to give you & the customer, confidence the work will be completed to OE standard.
