I only do repair on my jobs and see many that need to be replaced and the customer wants a price on doing the replacement as well. I would what is the best way to find someone that does not do repair, only replacement and no repair. my next question is what kind of finders fee, commission etc. should I should expect if I can give him 10 to20 windshields per mo.??

The best way to find someone? I would suggest going to the glass distributors in your area and asking them if they could give you the names and numbers of the independents that purchase glass from them.

You could also look through the yellow pages and just call the glass shops themselves.

As far as what kind of commission you can expect to receive, that really hard to say. You'll just have to talk to them and see what developes.

Good Luck.
