Not necessarly good for new business but at Office Depot I bought a package of 1/2"x1-1/2" transparent lables to put next to the oil change reminders on customers w/s. Total cost $12.57.

I am sorry but that is not a repair, nothing like it. Hopefully it was only on a practise glass, if that sort of damage is presenting a problem then maybe back to the people that trained you would be a good idea. Your work area and tools look dirty, not a good idea in this trade, it looks from here ...

I hope you are not saying that if you break a windshield while doing a repair that your liability insurance will pay for a new one?
I'd suggest double checking with your agent about that!
