Ridiculously low prices!

It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this site but I had to mention something. When will the idiots stop dragging down the wsr industry with their stupidly low prices? Come on people! So you want to be the low price leader in your area by doing chip repairs for $15???? Get real!

Re: Bubbles in pit fill

If you have bubbles going to the bottom that is a remarkable feat that defies physics.

Re: FEBUARY WEATHER

Crackouts from defroster use only do happen. My brother-in-law, who is a very cautious individual, upon my advice to start engine, turn on defroster while engine is still cold to warm glass gradually, had a small combo break about 4 inches above passenger side wiper blade, crack beyond repair. It wa...

Re: FEBUARY WEATHER

Using the defroster from a cold engine and gradual warm up is usually fine. The mistake people make is blasting the heat onto an iced over windshield with no gradual warmup.

Re: FEBUARY WEATHER

I cant really give you a trime frame for heating up a frozen widshield using a cars heater. A car with a V8 will heat up much quicker than a car with a 4 cylinder engine. My point was to use caution against blasting a frozen windshield with a direct shot from the defroster. The warm up process needs...

Re: FEBUARY WEATHER

I would encourage you to use caution when it comes to running the defroster as a source of heat during a repair. Yes, it may be necessary to run a vehicle in order to bring up glass temp but I suggest using the heater to heat the interior space of the vehicle rather than a direct shot from the defro...

Re: Need dealership / fleet new acct sales help TX

I have slowly moved away from dealer work and I concentrate on the work that pays me my full regular price. Dealers are noriously cheap and they are looking for cheaper all the time. You can sell, sell, sell your tail off to them and the bottom line is how cheap you can be. Not my cup of tea.

Re: Cooler Temp Repairs

That wasnt meant to offend you Mr Bill. Im not suggesting that the forum go to archives only. I'm giving the user another option that opens up the entire topic, past and present, of all advice and ideas on that particular topic. It's not a topic with new technological advances and it gets covered by...
