Re: How can we capitalize on all the windshield replacement calls?

I probably get 3 replacement calls for every chip repair especially on weekends since we are a beach town with lots of car breakins near the beach. Sad but true. I tried recommendi g shops but they never thank me or reciprocate. Never any feedback either so I stopped. A few times I called for them a...

Clean drilled injection site before repairing

Hello Been a while. Often wondered how residual dist and moisture affected quality of repair but decided compressed air too costly and lugging compressor tank to customer's car unprofessional. Solution? A $2 rubber bulb syringe from pharmacy similar to what a Dr would use to suction out a newborn ba...

Re: Nasty State Farm rumor...

Only AAA and Mercury do not offer WSR deductible waiver in Texas, to the best of my knowledge. I believe in 2010 Farmers Insurance stoppe...

Re: Mirror re-attachment

Hello everyone! In my quest for additional product line I am wondering does anyone offer rearview mirror re-attachment? I have lately received a flurry of calls asking if I can fix fallen mirrors. Do they still use adhesive or are these fancy onstar/rearview camera/ autodim mirrors attached in some...

Re: Just say no

Update: Got a call this morning from manager of fleet service on that crack I mentioned yesterday. He was happy to come to me so we would be able to have proper conditions to fix the crack , was happy with the job ,and paid me cash. To any newbies out there, as soon as you have the confidence and in...

Just say no

As I enter my sixth year in the business I have asked myself a simple yet life changing question. What do I want my business to be? Do I respect my business and all I have put into it to the extent that I am willing to forgone short term gain for long term control and happiness? You must ask why did...

Re: Not getting perfectly clear

Hi Candyman
It Is a single stage no mix product. No longer made by DK.
Korey could explain what it was.
Works well for fast turnover needs like car lots.
Better reliability at low temps. Multiple coatings with fast tack time makes lense pop!
Please bring it back!
