Re: Combination chips

When you are new it sometimes seems like each chip should be repaired the same and be consistent right? Each chip is seldom the same. Be careful not to cut yourself short and go with 2 cycles of each. Sometimes it may take more than 2 cycles each. You might try 3 or 4 or 5, however many it takes to ...

Re: SGC Network

I have been in the SGC net work for over a year and have not received any referral or dispatches for repairs.  They told me that I would get some work but that has not happened.  I will still use there web site for filing glass claims that I do for my customers. Good bye Saf...

SGC Network

Now that I have reached a full year I can get set up an approved source for repairs (if I am understanding correctly). The SGC Network requires certifica...

Re: CREDIT CARDS

I use PayPal because they also will except checks and a lot of people are familiar and trust PayPal. The only disadvantage is you have to transfer the money from your PayPal account to your checking account. It may be only one more simple step but I have been very pleased with it.
Thanks,

Re: FEBUARY WEATHER

I am not sure what part of the country you are in but I am in SW Missouri and our cooler temps have been very uncomfortable with some record breaking temps and yes some snow & ice. It is certainly more difficult to do repairs in the colder temps especially if you are strictly mobile (which I am). I ...

Re: RAIN EX or LOOK A LIKE Product

I use to ask folks if they use any Rain-X or similar products and they seldom said yes, then after the repair and final curing I could not get the curing tab to set correctly so I always just lightly touch up the area in the beginning and have never had a problem si...

Re: Cooler Temp Repairs

To be criticized for recommending it's use is rather silly. Well, we don't want to appear silly. Do we? In future if someone has a question pertaining to Windshield Repair, I guess we should just look it up in the archives, or call for tech support. Thank you. Well said Mr. Bill. Have a nice day!

Re: Cooler Temp Repairs

Not really sure what good the forum is if folks don't continue to discuss things. We all come across different issues from time to time from pricing to repairs of certain vehicles to the equipment we use. Things change in life daily in different ways in different parts of the country etc. I think it...
