Re: Proccess for newer headlights with no peeling of UV coating

I would use 3000 or a bit of none silicon polish then clean to prep , then coat with infinity 4.1 as long as it come up good after you cleaned it. If not it could be on the inside of the headlight.

Re: Headlight restoration mobile set up

Wow , thanks for breaking it down Brent. The only reason I have a hair dryer is because it's more portable than a fan and has a cool button so it just blows cool air. Thinking the gazebo is a good idea but I have a side awning on my ute so I can use that if I'm unable to get shade. I think these for...

Hi Paul, I usually go to a automotive paint supplier to get my tape which has good adhesive. With the lint free towel you can get it through Korey or Brent just get a few as you use a fair but the busier you get.

Hi Paul,
I'm from Australia and use the infinity 4.1 , Korey always gives great service and always helps out.
I'm in Queensland and if you have any questions I'm more than happy to help.

What's the average time to restore a set of headlights?

Just wondering what's the average time other technicians take to restore headlights ?
Also with headlights with minor marks on the headlights is there an easier way then going back to 320 grit each time.
Is there anyone else from Australia on the forum

Re: Delta HLR forum

What's are headlights techs thoughts between 1 or 2 coats of infinity 4.1? I feel more comfortable putting 2 coats on , gives it the extra shine and it helps with any parts overlooked in the first coat. I have also found out if you do have an annoying bar in the way if the light you can use the cros...

How to prep headlights when a Bullbar is fitted

Hi everyone , I'm just enquiring what everyone does when the vehicle is fitted with a bullbar and you can't fit the groits orbital sander to prep the headlights? I use the infinity 4.1 but notice if you have any scratches in the headlight they are noticeable, i tried wet sanding to 2000 and hand pol...
