Too much pressure

I had an easy break today with two legs and it fixed in about seven or eight minutes but I kept the pressure on, and it looked great, but from the inside or you could see the outlines of the crack but not from the outside, so I think I was using too much pressure. Is that the case? I took pictures b...

Any suggestions- Drill?

I am doing a repair Friday and it looks like a nasty star break. In the past I had an issue with not all the legs filling and I am thinking about drilling this first thing.

Tap a bullseye

Sorry to ask an old question. What ways are there to pop a bullseye without a slid hammer?

Then the other group that says they always have problems getting all the legs to fill to the tips. Can someone descr...

Re: Star leg not filled

Thanks screenman. When you say polish until it shines does that mean it will be clear or just not dull? So flexing from the outside is the way to open the leg? Also, when doing repairs outside and covering the repair process with a towel how much danger is there that the sun will cure the repair wit...

Rotary tool too big

I bought this tool at Walmart but when I got home the drill bits I bought for drilling the windshield were too small and the tool would tighten enough to hold it. Should I just buy a drill that has those tips keep closing until they can tighten on the small bits.

Star leg not filled

 I was working on a star with 7 legs that were about 1.5 each in length. It was in HOUSTON 95 degrees outside with no rain and done at 4 pm. Cleaned out pit with tool. Did not drill. Used b150 delta bridge. 3 pressure vacuum cycles. I covered the repair with foil and a towel so sunlight would n...
