Re: Ugly Half Moon

I would not drill to the laminate. I would drill about half-way and then pop a mini bulls eye.

Re: NWRA Issues Warning to AGRR Shops

so, nomad, would you advocate practicing medicine or law without a license? while wsr isnt nearly as serious a business as either of those professions, the fact remains that requiring some sort of certification will, in the long run, protect the end user... the consumer... from the fly-by-nights who...

Re: Ladys

As far as truckers go, I have never had any problem with them taking my work seriously. They are happy to have the repairs done. I have a number of accounts with trucking companies, and when the drivers know I am going to be there, they line up their private vehicles for me too. I have a small radio...

Yesterday I stopped at a favorite gas station and the husband of the clerk asked me about a star on his windshield ... well, he said it was his car, but his...

Re: Resin storage and heat...

oh... by the way.... I am also in a hot dry climate ... New Mexico, high desert... summer temps (beginning in May) range in high 80's-90's and even above 100 sometimes ... I try to be very careful with my resins... and protect them from temperature extremes as much as possible.

Re: Resin storage and heat...

You might consider placing your resin in an insulated cooler, possible even putting an ice pack in with it, in the coolest part of your vehicle. I hear conflicting reports regarding whether heat/cold affect resin, and you dont say what brand resin you use ... but in my opinion, you cant be too caref...
