Cleaning out the graduated cylinder

I have wondered what you guys clean out your graduated cylinders with? It seems that there is always 4.1 still left in the bottom and im not sure what to clean in out with. I really dont want to use water. I just dont want that sitting in the bottom when it comes time for the next mix.

I use alcohol to rinse and let it air dry.

I use water from a spray bottle. The pressure from the nozzle always gets it clean.
