Newbie with a question

Post by graham »

Hi guys

Just started WSR and now ordered some HLR gear from Delta.

How do you ensure that you get the sanding discs right into the pointed narrow corners of some headlights without damaging the paintwork/masked area? Do you use the edge of the sander or do you do these bits by hand?

Thanks

Graham

Tight areas I use a old disc or the one Iam using after sanding everything else. You dont have to use every sanding disc when doing a very small spot. There are exceptions. Wet it prior to applying your UV and you can normally see if you have sanded enough. I clean the lens really good prior to using 4.1 and thats when I determine if its ok.
