Proccess for newer headlights with no peeling of UV coating

How would you approach no peeling /lifting but just clouded headlights that are fairly new?

I cant see trying to sand off a coating that is still intact,or is this wrong ?

I would use 3000 or a bit of none silicon polish then clean to prep , then coat with infinity 4.1 as long as it come up good after you cleaned it. If not it could be on the inside of the headlight.
