Some Questions about starting out

I live in CA and want to start a mobile wrb.
1.) Can I start as a sole proprietor and move to an llc after I get established? What did you Do?
2.) If I start as a sole proprietor, then can I still get established with the insurance companies to do insurance paid work.
3.) What type of business should I get it licensed as since WSR isn't an option?( For example auto repair, autoglass replacement, or glaizer.)
