Opening More WSR scaling

Just curios if anyone out there has opened several tent locations just doing chip repair. What are the drawbacks? How long do you train employees on average? Do you use a non compete order? Do you have your employees call the insurance companies on there own? What would be a fair amount to pay employees doing WSR? ETC. We just opened our first 9-1-2018 but I can already see the huge potential this business has and the low cost of opening multiple locations. Has anyone out there franchised additional locations that is a thought of mine as well being higher caliber workers then?
