Progressive Claims
Just curious if anyone else noticed Progressive unverified have gone way up. Almost 50 percent of my Progressive customers can not get verification when we call Safelite. At first I thought this was a Safelite issue but have come to realize it is a Progressive issue. For me this started aprrox 2 months ago. Any advice would be helpful.
