Awkward Situation While Doing Repairs?

She has a kid in her arms one on the floor sreaming and was talking on the phone at the same time with the insurance weinies she stood in the window and watched me do the repairs (2 cars) I was a little distracted and forgot the damn drill but didnt dare go back for it. Have done several repairs on referals from her so I guess she was ok with my behavior.
