Does anyone use a non-compete agreement for employees ? Maybe some one in Texas using a non compete agreement ? Does anyone have any idea if a good non-compete agreement would hold up in Texas ? Thanks

Re: Non-compete agreements
Speaking w/ your attorney is the best bet to make sure it's all legal like. Keep in mind that if you ever need / want to enforce it, that's going to cost & probably be time consuming. And may wind up being a waste of resources in the end. When the time comes I would definitely use one though. Sometimes it is enough to keep people honest, other times not so much.
