Signing Up with TPAs

I am new to the Insurance end of the wsr business the company I worked for in the past handled all the insurance side. I am currently trying to get set up with the four major TPAs. I sent and faxed the two pages to SGC one being a w-9. I contacted and left messages with Gerber and Harmon. Lynx is kind of confusing to me I entered my EIN at first page then filled out the form that popped up after. Do I keep calling Gerber? No response from them yet. Did I do it the right way for Lynx? If anyone can comment it would help us a lot. I am trying to get this set up quickly being I have to sign a lease for mall space.
