Going out on my own!

Hello, Ive been installing for about 3 years. I feel good about going out and getting some jobs on my own. I wanted to ask a couple questions.
What is a fair labor charge?
What factors do you use to decide a fair labor charge?
What is the best all around software for a single installer to use? It needs to quote, schedule, process payment, bill insurance.
Ill be scheduling jobs from my truck while im out installing.
