When you say "pre-approval" are you just finding out if they have glass coverage or are you asking for a dispatch? If dispatch, don't the ins cos want to talk to policy holder? How do you work this?
I'm asking becuase I have an opportunity to solicit employees in a large customer call center where they're on the phone quite a bit.
Here in Quebec once you have the information required from the person, the insurance Co will approve the repair, with-out speeking to the person(they call back about 10% of the claimee's to verify that the work was actually performed and get feed-back as to their satisfaction). This approach may not work in your neck-of -the woods.
