I recieved an email from State Farm that reads as follows.

Dear Mr. McKenna:

We understand that your company is using a State Farm trademark

Unfortunately, legal advice can't be given on this forum, so anyone who wants to respond, please do not get into the legal aspects of whether he can or cannot do this.

Using insurance trademarks in this area of Michigan to promote business opportunities has has been a legal issue for some years now. I'm sure you weren't aware of this, so just make your changes to web page and you'll be fine!

I would get it off of your stuff.It's just not worth the hassle plain and simple.They are big and you are little.Nuff said.
