What happened to stihlcarven?

Hey back in june or july stihlcarven was supposed to have gotten a paper together in which he was going o post here. He was building this list of all the insurance companies and network affiliates. I figured it would have popped up by now. I check and it looks like he hasn't been back on since that heated dilema!!! I know that list would sure help the NEWBIES out and the VETS!

SGT: Do you recommend NGA for those of us that also have taken the certification for NWRA. I've got the study material. No one ever ask for the information except the networks like SGC. I cant even list NWRA. Due to my work schedule, I prefer that they call me to schedule a job. I think that is one reason I dont get that many jobs for this area. They called and asked me if they could just send dispatches with a time and date to be repaired. If this was the only job I did everyday that would not be a problem. Has anyone else had the same phone or email request.
