Certainly a Novus style, if not a Novus bridge. I have some here from my old Novus days.

Wow I just watched the rest of that video, that is a certainly no clue technician, but there again I would imagine they make up the largest part of our trade.

I guess what they say about blonds is true

Actually she presented herself well but was not trained well. Provide her with the proper training and I think she would be an awesome sales gale.

And yes that is a very old Novus bridge. They no longer use those.

Wow! I'm a total newbie, but my worst practice repairs have looked much better than that using delta kits system! Either way, that is one crazy technique! How in the world do places like that get repeat and referral business?

The upside: If a potential customers sees this as being the industry standard, just imagine how pleased they will be when a true DK technician repairs their windshield! :D

The truly scary part was that it looked like she had a NGA Certification patch on her shirt. Ouch!

The only things I find wrong is drilling to the laminate and not using a mirror to watch the crack fill and possibly flexing it.
Is everyone here judging this strictly on cosmetics?
Would anyone here be able to guess whether the repair is likely to fail.
All in all I don't see anything wrong with it.
This violates my pledge to stay away from technical issues but everyone here is piling on and blowing the Delta horn. I couldn't help myself.
