If I remember correctly, all I did was upload my .pdf to their website using their automation, plug in my info, and viola!! a couple days later I had invoices...
David, OfficeMax will do custom invoices. They charge design fees but give them the info you want on your invoice. I am a perfectionist too. Sometimes I suffer from "paralysis from analysis" which means to me that I don't get anything done if I can't make a decision. Mine are two part black & white. Just design it and make changes if necessary. Others are right focus on the repair and taking care of your customer.
I think I got a sample invoice from Delta Kits (soft copy), But by using MicroSoft Word, I did modify it to have my company logo, added some other information and change the sizes of the boxes. Custom 2 Part White-Canary carbonless forms from Anchorside Printing (internet)...Cost me around $40 for 250 copies.

I have been to (two) office supply stores and they do not offer custom invoice printing.
(I would have to print whatever is they already have on their invoices)
I do have a PDF. So if you know of a good custom invoice printing website,
then please let me know, or whatever office store you get your custom invoices.
