If you have an insured that wants to use you for the repair, Safelite will have to honor that. However, when you call in the claim they may use certain language in their script with customer that may change your customers mind. Like...your not an approved vender and they cannot guarantee your work and then state that they provide a nation wide guarantee. Not sure if that's steering but very borderline.
Safelite will not send you work unless your rural (35-50 miles from their hub) They will pay you for your service but if your not on their network, they will charge additional fees to process funds (check in the mail).
