GERBER( Boyd Group) buy a stake in GLASS AMERICA

Post by the big welshman »

Here we go again a NETWORK buying a stake in a Auto Glass Company, I am wondering if all the Gerber network Windshield Replacement & Windshiield repair work will be sent to Glass America? Just like Safelite Glass/Safelite Solutions & JN PHILLIPS/Tele Glass? Glass Ameica is one of Lynx main Glass Shops on there Network

Stop billing the insurers and you stop worrying about things like this straight away. The answer to your question is more than likely otherwise they would not be buying them.

I have not billed the insurers for over 6 years, before that they were only a very small part of my income. I find as I have said before the retail/insurance market an expensive one to service.

Granted, I don't rely on this income, but I still run a business in the smartest way I can possibly do so. However, I offer insurance billing as an option to my customers. If they want to bill them, I present it as an option. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. But I don't sit by the phone waiting for referrals from corporate ass-clowns. I get a couple in the summer and that is it. Usually it's when the Jolly Giants are too busy ripping other people off to bother themselves with repair. I take the calls when I get 'em. Other than that, it's on me to farm up the work. I'm fine with it and I've yet to offend anyone with my approach. Good luck!!!
