Never heard of them, but I would say it is very important to a business to be able to take many different kinds of payment.

I've been using Square for several years. I rarely do retail but it does help to except all types of payments.

Likewise I seldom do retail, but I want to give people as few a reasons as possible not to have the glass repaired. That extra job a day makes a huge difference to your pay.

That last line works, I will have to keep that one.

I think Quick Books take Credit Card Transactions as well in the same way as SQUARE ie no monthly credit card payments fees no terminal. Just pay a transaction fee when you take a payment

Square is 2.7 % per charge!

after talking with my bank about it I got a better deal I feel with my bank and have little mobile devices like square to take cards!
Also my bank and a friend in the biz both said square will hold money some time for over a month. not sure why .. but i didn't like hearing that so I went with my bank!

But really whatever gets the job done!

Besides Square there is a new company named, Flint.
They charge less then Square, and pay in a few days like Square.
