Got signed up with HSG yesterday. I think I have an idea of how this works so bare with me and correct me if I am wrong.
The networks, basically represent the insurance companies as far as glass claims? So say I do a job for a Progressive Insurance customer. How do I know which network to submit my invoice to? Does HSG have a list of the companies they represent?

Well I've answered my own question! Everything Ive done has been SGC so far. Which isnt much at this point. But as soon as Im off the phone and my email alerts I can see its SGC. Ive submitted 3 invoices so far and all 3 got rejected yesterday for taxes. So I had to resubmit with taxes removed.

yes they will call frequently. also cold calls work. I pick out nice vehicles that I sorta have a feeling that have decent insurance, let them know that the repair is free through their insurance most likely and have them call in.

When calling in the claim most companies identify themselves.
If you do a good job HSG will send you work same with Gerber.
